Whenever you return any Products to us:
- You may return any unopened Products in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 15 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping;
- Unless the Products are faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Products to us;
- Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
- You must take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession and you must not use them;
- Products must be returned to us in their original packaging. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer a refund for any Products that have been opened unless they are faulty.
